Multimedia: Planning for the Common Core
These video modules feature teachers from Albuquerque, New Mexico working with Dr. Diane August to create lesson plans for English language learners (ELLs) that are aligned to the Common Core State Standards.
The videos highlight the process that the teachers went through to get to know the standards, to examine what the standards mean for ELLs, and how the standards will impact their own instruction.
