Giselle Lundy-Ponce

Giselle Lundy-Ponce is the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President at the American Federation of Teachers and a former Associate Director of AFT’s Educational Issues Department. Giselle Lundy-Ponce has been working in the field of PreK-12 education policy and advocacy for the last twenty years. Currently she leads the AFT’s work on English language learners and Latino student achievement, including spearheading AFT’s long collaboration with and support of Colorín Colorado.
