National Center for Latinos with Disabilities is the only not-for-profit statewide organization focusing solely on the empowerment of Latinos with disabilities and their families. NCLR is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan, tax-exempt organization established in 1968 to reduce poverty and discrimination and improve life opportunities for Hispanic Americans.
