English language learners (ELLs) face significant obstacles in realizing their full potential academically and professionally in the years following high school. Project CARE takes a comprehensive approach in developing some of the supports that can make a significant difference in the future success of an ELL high school student, including classroom instruction, parent engagement, and opportunities to learn more about the college experience.
